Fund Reporting

Fund Reporting, 3-month Contract Assignment, $30/hr.-$60/hr.
Working in the Treasurer's office of this Boston investment client, you will be responsible for managing the fund reporting process. The incumbent is on maternity leave through August. They are open on level, but would prefer a more senior candidate.
Responsibilities could include:Manage financial reporting dedicated to a family of mutual funds.Manage the timely production and review of annual and semiannual shareholder reports.Coordinate the respective annual audits for assigned funds.Direct the administration of equity, balanced, fixed income, foreign and money market mutual funds.Ensure quarterly and annual funds' compliance with SEC and IRS regulations.Ensure timely completion, review and filing of SEC Forms N-SAR for assigned funds.
