Responsibilities include: 1) Manage consultant, third party and internal database processes, including, but not limited to: managing data entry, upkeep of internal data warehouse, and correspondence with consultant contacts. 2) Manage consultant and client data requests, including reporting performance and portfolio characteristics, monthly and quarterly client data questionnaires, and completion of quarterly consultant portfolio and index data forms. 3) Coordinate and complete client specific presentation materials accurately and according to their strict deadlines. Assist on an as needed basis with the development of marketing material. 4) Assist with development and execution of marketing material, including books, mailers and other communications. 5) Assist with Request for Proposals (RFPs), requiring data management and creation of descriptive text. Again, accuracy and timeliness are critical.
