We are seeking an outgoing professional with a customer service
background in a financial, credit/collection, mortgage or banking
industry.

Enhanced Servicing Solutions is a dynamic and consumer financial
services servicing company headquartered in Orlando, FL. This is a
support role where you will be assisting clients and ensuring their
success in their debt relief program.
REQUIREMENTS
**Minimum 1 year customer service experience, preferably in a
financial, credit, mortgage or banking industry.
**Excellent customer service skills.
**Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines.
**Ability to communicate effectively by interpreting and responding to
customers.
**Ability to represent the division with knowledge and understanding and
present the information to clients in a professional manner.
**Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
Strong math, analytical, and problem solving skills.
**High school diploma or GED, call center experience is preferred.
**Ability to work in a fast-paced, high volume environment.
**Computer experience in MS Office and MS Windows applications.
