Fraud Support Associate

Large corporate bank location downtown seeking a Customer Service Representative for Fraud Department. Opportunity is long term, with excellent potential of going permanent within the next few months. Hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Flexibility is a must as overtime hours may be required. Position responsibilities: *Investigate and analyze charge-backs. *Account maintenance. *Escalate fraud issues to appropriate managers or investigative unit. *Draft retrievals and assume additional responsibilities as needed.




















Job Requirements


Strong attention to detail, excellent computer skills, MS Word, Excel & Outlook experience and ability to manage workload.
