Job Description:
This position serves as the primary point of contact for assigned clients regarding the Sheriff Sale of a foreclosed property. The position works with numbers and spreadsheets.

Specific duties include: keeping the client updated throughout the foreclosure process by way of telephone, mail and other electronic media and figuring client bidding instructions for the Sheriff Sale.
This position deals directly with both borrowers and clients.
The ability to deal tactfully with difficult situations and the ability to organize caseload are critical to this position.
