Position Description:

•Individual will rotate through West Central branches as needed. Mileage will be paid from predetermined “home” location to/from branches.
•The floating FSA will travel to branches within his/her assigned area to fill critical staffing needs.
•Promote the ultimate customer experience within the Ukrop’s store environment.
•Promote growth through the development and retention of new and existing customers.
•Handle various customer requests, such as account opening, transaction processing, loan requests, and account maintenance.
•Contribute to a highly effective team.
•Maintain a positive image of the bank.
•Participate in branch contests and sales promotions.
•Attain personal sales goals.
•Assist the Branch Manager and Team with various tasks or special projects as needed.

Position Requirements:

•Associates Degree or equivalent work experience.
•At least one year of retail banking experience.
•Demonstrated ability to attain goals in the areas of sales, service, and operations.
•Adaptable to working with teams and flexible in scheduling.
•Completion of FSA certification.
•Excellent communication skills.
•Excellent customer interaction.
•Attention to detail with the ability to follow through on tasks and customer requests.
•Ability to function in a fast-paced and changing environment.
