Fiscal Analyst-Private Assets - Baltimore Housing seeks individual to perform managerial and analytical work for the Budgets and Analysis section monitoring the performance of Private Management Companies that manage Low Income Public Housing Units, Market Rate Housing Units, Non-Residential and Commercial property owned by HABC. Performance of duties requires thorough knowledge of budget preparation techniques, techniques for monitoring complex contracts, excellent organizational and analytical skills, strong accounting skills and the ability to prepare a variety of financial, statistical, status, and budget reports.
Must have a BA degree in Public/Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or related field and 4 yr exp involving data compilation, analysis, preparing budgets, and interpreting financial statements. Two yr of exp with contract compliance, preferably in property management. Four yr exp analyzing and monitoring complex contracts. An equivalent combination of education, training, and exp that provides the required knowledge and abilities may be considered sufficient.
