Financial/Treasury Analyst

JOB SUMMARY:
The Financial/Treasury Analyst is an operational and analytical position with a wide variety of duties, assisting the Treasurer to facilitate smooth operations, report on a timely and accurate basis, maintain accurate documentation, and coordinate with other departments and foreign offices as well as banks, investment brokers and foreign exchange dealers.

PRIMARY JOB FUNCTIONS:
•Perform daily cash management duties.
•Debt service and other financial administration.
•Back office coordination of foreign exchange activity including confirmation and documentation.
•Monitor bank fees and credit fees.
•Administer bank account signature documentation and other transaction authorizations
•Credit covenant compliance calculation and certification
•Cash forecasting and variance analysis.
•Track and report foreign exchange exposures and hedging activity
•Monitor and coordinate intercompany balances and intercompany transfers
•Responsible for routine insurance operations including certificates, updating property, locations and other schedules, and claims administration.
•Preparation of annual insurance renewal applications.
•Prepare analysis and perform assignments to support cash management, foreign exchange operations, hedging, forecasting, financial analysis and insurance risk management.
•Ability to perform financial modeling (lease vs. buy), price variance analysis and discounted cash flow.
•Support other functions as required.

REQUIREMENTS
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Education and Training:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; MBA, CPA a plus.

Experience:
Five years plus experience in a Treasury, Cash/Risk Management role.
