Financial Services Representative

Financial Service Representative Positions are available on the SouthSide and Peninsula of Hampton Roads, Virginia and if you are successful in sales with SunTrust Bank, this position can offer you an opportunity to become a Licensed Banker!!!!
As a Financial Services Representative, you will provide superior customer service through listening to customers, anticipating their needs and recommending financial services. You'll be opening new accounts, taking loan applications and referring customers to specialized bankers such as Business Bankers and Mortgage Loan Originators to ensure the needs of the customers are met. Financial Service Representatives are expected to meet monthly sales goals and are eligible to earn additional income based upon those goals.

REQUIREMENTS
A minimum of 1 year of successful face to face sales and customer service experience is required. Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED. Salaries are based on successful experience in meeting and exceeding sales goals or experience the financial industry selling financial products and services.**Tellers and FSRs will complete a 2 week training period Monday through Friday from 9am-5pm.**
