FINANCIAL REPORTING SUPERVISOR

SALARY RANGE: $100-120K

REPONSIBILITIES
-Candidate will be responsible for preparing and reviewing SEC filings including 10-K, 10-Q and all responsibilities related to external reporting
-Responsible for the formulation and administration of approved accounting practices and standards throughout the company
-Ensure that financial and operating reports are consistent and accurately reflect the conditions of the Company.
-Identify and implement new accounting and SEC standards
-Will also be a technically strong accounting professional with public accounting and big company experience
-Will serve as a liaison with independent auditors during completion of the yearly audit and quarterly reviews.
REQUIREMENTS
QUALIFICATIONS
-Bachelors degree in Accounting; CPA required
-7+ years of related work experience; public accounting or public/industry preferred
-Preparation and audit of annual financial reports, and SEC filing experience
-Strong organizational, oral and written communication skills a must
