Financial Consultant – Expert Services

Intellectual property disputes involve complex economic issues that must be communicated succinctly to our clients. We are often asked to apply advanced financial and economic principles to assist in the evaluation of emerging technologies or technology-rich corporations. As part of an expert services engagement team, you will assist in the preparation of such economic analyses.

Responsibilities may include:
-Creating various types of financial models
-Drafting reports and presentations
-Reviewing documents and depositions for information related to claims
-Assisting or leading practice development efforts
-Meeting with clients and/or counsel to determine strategy and collect information for reports and analyses
-Analyzing and critiquing opposing parties claims
-Preparing Managing Directors for expert witness testimony
REQUIREMENTS
-Undergraduate business degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting from highly regarded university with a cumulative GPA of 3.5/4.0 or above
-Excellent oral and written communication skills
-High degree of professionalism, integrity and flexibility
-Great attitude and client presence
-Overtime and travel flexibility
