REQUIREMENTS


Responsible for making appointments, meeting with clients, analyzing client financial needs, making ethical product recommendations and providing continuous services.

Help clients meet their financial, investment, retirement and insurance needs through the products and services the company offers.

Respond to customer inquiries and requests and find opportunities to cross sell products.

Educate and motivate branch staff with regard to investments and insurance.

Train and mentor LBEs if applicable. Attend Unit Meetings.

Sales Activity (with a minimum monthly production requirement of $15,000 GDC with at least 15 appointments a week).

Marketing Activity.

Branch Performance /Relationships.

Reporting.

Compliance.

Perform other duties as required.

Series 6 or 7, 63 and Life License.

3-5 years experience with a good knowledge of retail investments and insurance products.

Self motivated and result oriented.

A professional track record of high achievements in sales.

Computer literacy.
