The Financial Center Operations Manager works with the Financial Center Manager to create and maintain appropriate levels of focus, operational integrity and control strategies for the business. Ensure acceptable audit results and adherence to legal, corporate and regulatory procedures and continuous process improvement. Implement structure and process orientation that ensures delivery of the sales/service vision by automating, centralizing, and streamline process and procedures. Manage a staff of Tellers.
REQUIREMENTS


Proven track record in loss reduction and risk management. Ability to analyze and improve processes. Skilled in people selection and development. Ability to motivate and influence others. Excellent interpersonal, communications and problem-solving skills. BA/BS in Business preferred.
