Bank Manager - Base Salary
Bank Manager position requires a unique blend of sales skills (business development) and operations know how. If you have a track record of new business development and operations – this is your dream job. As a Bank Manager you will identify new business opportunities for consumer and business accounts. You must have a demonstrated track record of understanding customer needs and exercising sound judgment. You must have track record of driving results and creating a team environment. The branch locations are in Rockland County and Westchester, NY.
REQUIREMENTS


Ideal candidate will monitor sales results and create sales opportunities through new business development and community involvement. Earnings $50K to $100K includes base salary, quarterly incentive and robust benefit program. 3-5 years of banking experience is required. Previous premier banking, consumer and/or small business banking experience are all welcomed. Bilingual language skills are a plus! Licenses are a plus and held by bank. They will also sponsor for licenses.
