Financial Analyst (AVP) - Planning, Reporting, Analysis (WSS)

This AVP-level Financial Analyst position will support the Clearance & Agency Company of Worldwide Securities Services, a business of Treasury and Securities Services. The position reports to the Manager of Planning, Reporting and Analysis and will include the following responsibilities:



Provide management with timely consolidated reporting and analysis inclusive of:

- The consolidated monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages

- Focus on planning and forecasting, with focus on revenue

- The annual planning process including coordination/consolidation across the Clearance & Agency Company

Balance sheet related analysis

Coordinate responses to requests from management as well as WSS Finance

Play a proactive role in developing processes/reports to deploy across the Clearance & Agency Company finance organization to facilitate the development of data and analyses

Special projects and ad hoc analyses

Position entails significant amount of PC work




REQUIREMENTS


* Bachelor's degree with concentration in Accounting/Finance preferred

* Minimum of 3-5 years of related experience, preferably in a revenue product line

* Preferable to have banking/finance industry experience

* Must possess excellent PC skills, especially Excel, as well as the ability to master the JPM internal financial systems.

* Knowledge of Hyperion Essbase a plus

* Candidate should be self motivated

* Ability to multi task

* Ability to identify, research and solve problems

* Strong communications skills

* Excellent writing skills

* Strong attention to detail

* Ability to deliver and to meet deadlines

* Candidate should be well organized, a team player, and flexible in terms of work arrangements.
