Financial Administrative Assistant/Receptionist
Will sit at front desk and answer phone (less than 50 per day), greet visitors as needed, support 3 investment advisors, scheduling appointments, making travel arrangements, filing(each client file has 12 slots for various information), order supplies Hours are 8 to 5 Mon - Thur 8 to 4 Fri, voice mail is not given as an option must hand write all messages, need to prepare for client luncheons (have their favorite drinks/snacks ready), heavy Excel spreadsheet for all client follow up/tickler system, will use GOLDMINE for their contact management/calendar,
