Responsibilities:
assist with reviewing and drafting SEC filings, obtaining and referencing supporting documentation
Review new accounting pronouncements, rules and determine their applicability to our client
Prepare various quarterly analyses for the external auditors
Prepare various financial statements and schedules required under various debt agreements
Test the Financial reporting process for SOX 404 compliance
Perform accounting research on relevant topics, as necessary
Assist the Assistant Controller and Director of Financial reporting with various financial projects

REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:
CPA with BS in Accounting
6+ years accounting experience including public
Strong knowledge of accounting pronouncements, rules and SEC regulations
Strong PC spreadsheet and presentation skills
MBA ( not mandatory but preferred )
Multi-national company experience
Knowledge of Hyperion Enterprise software
