Asset Managers oversee a portfolio of real estate equity investments. • Ensure the financial success of equity investments in numerous affordable housing partnerships.• Maintain key business relationships.• Monitor compliance with various agreements.• Evaluates overall performance of a portfolio.Requirements: • Degree in Accounting or Finance• Financial analysis experience and skills• Excellent written and oral communication skills• Knowledge of Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program desired• Split time between Detroit and Lansing during training period - Based in Detroit
