Financal Manager - Accounting Compliance

Director of Financial Planning & Analysis -A global consumer goods company

You will be responsible for directing financial planning and analysis function. This includes budgeting, forecasting and providing business analytics and decision support for the region and the worldwide headquarters. In addition, you will act as a liaison with the Regional VP and the supporting general managers to provide financial business acumen/guidance where needed

Primary Responsibilities:
Implement strategies and plans related to finance that are defined on a global basis
Provide financial analysis to local management, regional management and Global HQ
Identify and support the implementation of key cost reduction programs
Assist general managers in evaluating business opportunities and ongoing business models
Supervise and manage finance staff in the region

REQUIREMENTS


Bachelors' degree in Accounting or Finance
CPA and MBA preferred
Minimum 8 years of financial planning & analysis experience in a large multinational corporate
