Field Marketing Manager -Small Business Banking

The Field Marketing Manager will influence the development of National programs for Small Business Banking and maximize their effectiveness at the local level. This individual will be the main conduit between their assigned market(s) and Marketing and Sales Support. The Field Marketing Manager will be responsible for the development of strategic marketing plans, business case development, aligning of resources, execution, tracking, reporting and analysis of results. This position will support the New York Tri-State Region. Position will involve 25-50% business travel. REQUIREMENTS


Candidate should hold a related Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree or equivalent experience. Typical incumbent has 10+ years of Marketing or Program experience, experience in a matrix environment and a broad knowledge of Marketing disciplines and programs. Knowledge and understanding of Financial Services environment or related industry preferred. Knowledge of and/or experience in the New York area preferred. Strong Leadership skills, expert Communication skills, Program Management skills and Organizational Savvy are key to success in this role.
