Duties of the Fee Desk Officer include:
Interacting with the administration department to obtain client account fee structures and establish the schedules on the custody accounting system.Accrues custody income monthly using the INAC sub accounting system and submits entries into the bank general ledger system.Issues account invoices for services rendered to the Custody & Master Custody relationships and collects outside securities lending income.Maintains the accounting structure for Income, Accrued Fees Receivable, and Invoiced Fee Receivable.Tracks and monitors certain third party expenses paid.
REQUIREMENTS


Requirements for the Fee Desk Officer are:
Extensive knowledge of the Global Plus Trust Accounting System specifically the Fee module.Understanding of income accrual accounting for Custody and Master Custody relationships.Business Degree in Business or Business Related courses required and at least 5 years of fee income/accrual experience.
Strong analytical skills as well as excellent written and oral communication skills. Although not necessary, it would be helpful if the candidate is bi lingual in English and Japanese.EOE
