FX Product Specialist

Business Function:

The US Capital Markets Group is responsible for providing Capital Market Products to High Net Worth clients in the US Market Region. Products include: Foreign Exchange; OTC Derivatives (forwards, options and swaps)on Equities, Interest Rates, Commodities and Credit Products; Structured notes on any combination of the above. The group works with the GCIB to manufacture and deliver institutional solutions to private clients. The challenge of the role is to bring to market innovative and diverse structured product solutions within the risk and control parameters of the CPB. The majority of the job will be interacting with the internal control groups (risk, compliance, legal and tax) to earn their approval for each individual offering.



Job Responsibilities:

Deliver relevant and innovative trading ideas and strategic positioning for our targeted private clients

Deal directly with clients

Be available for focused conversations/visits with clients and Bankers

Provide the most competitive pricing and timely execution

Ensure that you work closely and effectively with the regional teams and product partners to attain performance targets

Develop new targets and action plans in conjunction with Desk Head

REQUIREMENTS


Education/Experience:

BA/BS and at least 3 years of FX experience. Series 7 and 63 required.



Knowledge/Skills:

In-depth knowledge of FX spot, forward and FX Options (vanilla and exotic) and structured products

Strong expertise in: structuring, sales and marketing, and deal management

Ability to influence and implement change across functional lines

Regulatory and compliance knowledge and experience

Strong written and verbal communication skills

FX sales and trading experience preferred
