RESPONSIBILITIES:Responsible for working on a commission in a medium to large size real estate office, the FSR originates mortgage loans by overseeing the application process and forwarding the completed application to be processed. Responsible for cultivating new accounts by building strong business relationships with potential customers facilitating presentations on loan services to further develop new business, originating mortgage loans through ability to expertly explain all aspects of a mortgage loan, including FHA, VA, and Conventional mortgage, and providing appropriate follow-through such as answering customer questions and offer additional details on services provided until the closing of the loan.
