The FSI practice includes the following service lines - Banking, Capital Markets/Securities, Insurance and Real Estate.  This practice identifies and delivers customized management solutions that help clients be more competitive and maintain control in a changing environment.
 
 Sr. Consultants must have:
6-8 years of experience architecting, designing, developing, testing and implementing custom application solutions.
 
Must have hands-on technical experience with J2EE or .NET
 
Ideal candidates will also have experience with BEA WebLogic Integrator, BEA WebLogic Server, BEA Portal, WebLogic Workshop, WebSphere, XML, RUP, SOAP, OOD, OOM, JAD Session, SDLC, Java, Rational Rose, SOA, UML.
 
Ideal candidates will have experience working as part of a team and leading teams of 3-10 resources within a consulting environment
Bachelor's Degree; an advanced degree is preferred
 
Candidates must be willing to travel nationally to client locations
