Various shifts available



Provide motivational direction for a staff of 18-22 Fraud Early Warning Associates. FEW is a proactive risk detection and control process. Conduct employee performance reviews and accountability plans as required. Monitor employee/team service and production statistics and provide coaching and feedback. Communicate policies and procedures as required. Produce/deliver daily productivity and monthly scorecards to associates. Solicit ongoing feedback from associates for process&procedural improvements. Monitor various fraud risk queue volumes. Manage the investigative techniques utilized to identify, analyze and treat fraud abuse behaviors with a goal of decreasing gross fraud losses. Complete job requisitions and interview potential candidates.
REQUIREMENTS
3-5 years people management experience required. Will consider high potential non-exempt staff with BA and 5+ years business experience. Prefer line management experience in results oriented climate where standards in productivity, service timeliness and quality are required. Ability to lead, direct and motivate staff. Proven skills in coaching/development. Experience in credit/fraud related disciplines required. Strong analytical abilities and demonstrated ability to make sound judgments required. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required. Must be able to work with peers on varying schedules and in cross-site functions. Knowledge of CMS/AWS/EWS and Citicards products/processes preferred. Knowledge of Word/Excel/Access preferred.
