Experienced Mortgage Processors - Excellent Training Opportunity

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Implementation Specialist is responsible for training & developing new and existing business relationships utilizing MILA’s defined Implementation Process and our innovative mortgage technology within our approved broker accounts. This position is divided between processing and training. The Implementation Specialist will be working within our existing accounts to properly train and grow the knowledgebase of the users within that account to promote a more self sufficient user group thereby increasing the file flow to MILA. Using AccessPoint, the Implementation Specialist will be responsible for entering files and coordinating file flow between broker office personnel and Operations in order to support training duties. Once MILA’s processes have effectively been implemented the Implementation Specialist will move into a new office to repeat the process.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
•Primary responsibilities include delivering a high level of customer service, communicating effectively and being present on a consistent basis to provide training and support in the clients office as they train to become proficient with MILA’s technology and processes
•Demonstrate MILA’s technology by entering files and walking clients through the process with the goal of teaching them to become self sufficient
•Interact with operations to resolve any issues that may arise throughout the loan process and introduce our operations team to the client on an ongoing basis to build familiarity and show them consistent service levels
•Be the MILA subject matter expert with regard to MILA’s technology, programs and support available to MILA’s clients
REQUIREMENTS
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:•2 years of mortgage processing, contract processing or processing management experience with hands on experience in a training or a leadership role
•Capable of implementing a pre-defined training strategy through one on one and group demonstration on a consistent basis within each assigned account
•In depth understanding of the day to day operations of a retail mortgage broker
•A thorough understanding of the customer learning process and how it impacts the buying cycle
•Possess the necessary skills and understanding on how to implement technology throughout the mortgage fulfillment process
•Strong verbal and written communication skills
•Excellent time management and proven organizational skills
•Ability to work independently and be self-directed, self-motivated and goal-oriented to meet and exceed objectives set forth on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
•Solid computer skills with ability to type a minimum of 45wpm•Proficiency working with web-based applications•Possess a commitment to personal and company-wide growth
•Reliable transportation to travel to required offices
