Experienced Loan Processor

Our “Nationally Recognized” company is currently seeking a Full Time Mortgage Loan Processor. As an unparalleled, highly experienced processing, underwriting and closing professional, you will be responsible for processing loans, interacting with borrowers, lenders, attorneys and closing agents in all aspects of the business, and handle 20-40 files at a time.

The successful applicant should be a reliable, flexible individual with previous banking experience (1-3 years of mortgage and or underwriting experience preferred). You should also have excellent communication and organizational skills, and be customer service, team and goal oriented. Basic computer knowledge (Caylx Point, Outlook, Microsoft Word Excel) a must.

REQUIREMENTS
~Four year degree preferred

~Minimum of two years experience as a loan processor a must

~Thorough knowledge and proficiency in all levels of loan processing

~Excellent analytical and decision making skills

~Strong verbal and written communication skills

~Ability to multi-task

~High attention to detail
