A Team Staffing is LA's staffing agency specializing in Real Estate: We place only talented Title, Escrow, Mortgage and Real Estate candidates, only in the greater Los Angeles area.

We are currently searching for a dynamic Escrow Assistant for an immediate opening in a successful Escrow office in Glendale.

As Escrow Assistant you will:

Play a key role in this fast-paced, growing office
Open title reports
Prepare escrow instructions
Order payoffs
Audit, fund and record packages
Assist Escrow Officers in all facets of the client's transaction
Provide detailed and consistent "above and beyond" client service, exceeding clients' expectations of reponsiveness and service, while using your followup skills and initiative to ensure that their escrows close seamlessly and on-time
REQUIREMENTS
2+ years success in residential escrow
Experience with both refi and new sales a plus
Experience opening escrows, ordering payoffs and insurance, and packaging loans A service-oriented mindset and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service Strong communication skills: written, in person, and by phone Ability to multi-task while maintaining an upbeat and professional demeanor Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment Good decision making skills
