About This Job

As a Banking Sales Associate / Teller, you will work with our customers to promote, sell, and implement TCF products and services. You will also be responsible to:Perform bank teller functionsPromote, sell, and refer TCF products and services to customersMeet monthly sales goal on new accounts and referralsAnswer inquiries regarding checking and savings accounts and other bank related productsInitiate and open new accountsProvide appropriate information on regulations and policiesAccurately process, closely verify and promptly key all transactions in a manner which maintains TCF standards and a high level of customer service
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of 12 months of continuous experienceAt least 17 years of ageHigh School diploma or equivalentRetail, sales,cash handling and customer service experience preferredMust possess ability to communicate effectivelyMust be able to work retail hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
