Assignment is for about 2 months; hrs are 8:30-6:30. Preparing daily P&L and balance sheet for the derivative traders. Manager says that he's looking for someone with strong P&L production experience, in addition to strong knowledge of derivatives - specifically Interest Rate Swaps and Credit Default Swaps. The person should be able to explain why they'd be a fit for the role .
