Eligibility Technician - Mortgage Industry

Our Foothill Ranch, CA office is seeking a Eligibilty Technician to review a minimum of 8 loans per day and complete the Eligibilty Check list for each loan. You will review and sign off conditions in addition to updating the Daily Eligibility Log. You will follow up on files with internal staff. REQUIREMENTS
Must have a minimum of 2 years processing experience and the ability to review a minimum of 8 loans per day.
