Electronic Banking Coordinator

Ensures daily workflows for all card, ATM and Reg E job functions are completed accurately and in a timely manner. Reviews card and atm reconcilation reports and reg e claims to ensure timely completion. Assists Department manager with development of the Card and Atm product lines through the management of project initiatives.

Job Responsibilities include:

Monitors workflow and ensures timely completion of daily tasks and adequate review of the work for accuracy. Streamlines processes and documents procedures involved in the daily functions of Electronic Banking. Implements processes to reduce fraud losses due to compromised card issues and Falcon Alerts. Ensures regulatory compliance of the Electronic Banking department.

Assists the Department Manager with the product initiatives for ATM and card by completing assigned projects from the development of the business case through to implementation. Provide project task support to Department Manager on additional projects.

Works with numerous card and ATM vendors on a daily basis to ensure smooth interaction and interface in both card and ATM servicing.

Assist the Electronic Banking department with daily processing functions to include but not limited to card/Atm transaction reconciliation, card reissue, Reg E claims and Branch support calls.
REQUIREMENTS
EXPERIENCE:* Three (3) years Electronic Banking experience with prior Regulation E experience or card processing experience.
Computer skills beneficial for Horizon, iAcquire, Outlook and Microsoft Office
Knowledge of basic accounting principles to include reconciliation


EDUCATION:* High school diploma,
* Bachelor degree preferred

SKILLS:* Excellent verbal and written communication skills necessary.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage within regulation deadlines.
Must possess good analytical, research and investigation skills.
Must maintain confidentiality of information and process to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
