Credit grades and processes loans in accordance with Company guidelines/compliance policies while maintaining monthly production goals and quality standards. On going communication with the customer to advise of the decision and status of the loan.

1. Credit grades and processes loan files in accordance with MLN?s underwriting guidelines including accurate data entry, loan qualifications, and package compliance/completeness and file organization.

2. Provides same-day service on applications and keeps customer and Funder advised on status of loans.

3. Follows up with borrowers, closing agents, appraisers and other vendors for resolution of approval conditions.

4. Accurately prepares all necessary closing documents and disclosures on approved loans.
REQUIREMENTS
Education:
High school or equivalent

Experience/Training:
2+ years of Processing experience within a Mortgage Banking environment

Skills:
Highly organized; strong interpersonal skills; detail oriented; data entry
