West Palm Beach Corporate Office located at 1555 Palm Beach Lakes Blvd. #1000 seeks experienced Escrow Accounting Assistant for immediate placement to work regularly scheduled 40 hour workweek, M - F; 10:30 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. Candidate must possess strong organizational and accounting skills, with 2-4 years real estate and/or mortgage settlement/accounting experience.
REQUIREMENTS
Position requires Associate to work regularly scheduled workweek M-F. Overtime is available on an as needed basis. Prompt and punctual attendance is required.
RESPONSIBILITIES:Processing and data entry of incoming/outgoing wire transfers.
Electronic banking
Cancelled/voided checks, placing stop payments, reviewing positive pay exceptions, assisting with bank reconciliation, and special projects assigned by Manager.
Successful candidate will have a highly detail-oriented mindset of time management with strong organizational skills. Candidate must be proficient in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel. Excellent oral and written skills, with ability to work in fast paced environment.
