E-business Consultant 2

Join Consumer Online Banking team and help manage the alerts and secure messaging products for the Internet Services Group. As a product manager on our team, you will help set the strategic direction for alerts and secure messaging by determining customer, competitor and other product drivers. In addition to being responsible for product development, you will also provide direction to marketing areas, technology, customer care, other business units, alliance partners and vendors to support product objectives.Specific responsibilities may include:
Make recommendations on how to improve the product functionality and create more value for the customers and the bank

Define the feature set and priorities for initiatives related to secure inbox and alerts.

Help determine how to improve the online user experience related to alerts and messaging to drive high levels of customer adoption and satisfaction.

Manage relationships with a variety of business units and help them to enhance their existing alert set and/or add alerts.

Work with product and marketing teams to develop and recommend product positioning, pricing strategies and marketing programs.

Analyze and report on the success of the products, including assisting in the development of project scorecards.

As appropriate, work with and/or manage related vendors.
Minimum Qualifications


* Minimum Qualifications:BA/BS with 5+ years of experience. Candidate must have very solid project management skills and a product management background, preferably in a technology/Internet environment. Solid interpersonal skills, particularly when dealing with a variety of backgrounds (technical and business) are essential.
* Preferred Skills:High comfort level with online products and services. Familiarity with internal Wells Fargo lines of business. Alerts and/or secure messaging experience.
