The Documentation Analyst reviews loan applications for proper approval, coordinates with outside vendors to obtain supporting documents, identifies any documentation deficiencies and obtains documentation to correct the deficiency. Assembles and delivers the ready-to-close package to the appropriate lender. Qualified candidates must have 2-3 years loan closing experience in a large community or regional commercial bank, mortgage banking company, or other financial institution with a concentration in loan documentation.
