Division Manager II

Champion Window Mfg. Co., is the number one manufacturer and installer of vinyl replacement windows, patio rooms, entry doors, and vinyl siding in the home improvement industry. We are continuing to expand our operations (we have 57 locations currently) and are seeking aggressive, skilled managers to contribute to our strong growth. As Division Manager, you will oversee all aspects of establishing and growing a new sales and installation office. Relocation is necessary.

Primary Functions

Sales
Implement Sales Programs as developed by corporate
Coach and motivate sales staff for peak performance
Keep up with in-home sales techniques to increase results
Provide continuous training to sales staff to ensure that presentations are being conducted properly
Set-up and maintain showroom

Customer Relations
Monitor customer satisfaction levels
Develop a team of service oriented staff and sales professionals
Have excellent communications skills – verbal and written
Visit installation sites to interact with customers

Day to Day Operations
Foster teamwork between sales, processing, and installation staff
Insure quality of work of subcontractors and/or installation staff
Insure that installations and services are completed in a timely manner
Own the responsibility to ensure customer satisfaction
Develop and maintain marketing programs
Insure compliance with corporate regulations and practices
