Director of Training/Trainer/Global Asset Management Firm

Global Asset Management firm seeks a professional Financial Services TrainerGlobal Asset Management firm seeks a professional Financial Services Trainer to hone existing, formal training programs for Associate Level Private Client professionals.
The VP, Director of Associate Training, along with a team of two trainers, will design and deliver initial and ongoing training program for Private Client Professionals. Candidate will administer training including two one week NY based training classes for Private Client professionals nationwide. Candidate will also develop turnkey training for offices to deliver locally. In addition, this individual will leverage three regional training professionals who are responsible for delivering local training.
The immediate goal for this position is to implement newly structured training program for our first year associates and develop a comprehensive training curriculum for associates at all tenure. This program will provide a comprehensive training for Associates that focuses on client servicing, effective interaction with clients and internal resources, and understanding products and investment principles. This position will also work with the Regional Managers to address individual training needs of offices or staff.
REQUIREMENTS
This position requires at least a four year degree, as well as at least 3 years training experience of portfolio management or sales staff in an asset management or broker dealer environment.NOTE: This job does not offer the possibility of relocation.
