Responsible for monitoring training requirements and licensing of all security personnel to meet federal, state and contract requirements.Develops, coordinates and schedules all security training classes.Oversees curriculum.Ensure that each employee assigned to the county has received all required pre-assignment training and received necessary ongoing training while assigned.Primary interaction is through the Project Manager.Interfaces with the Project Manager, Director of Operations and Director of Human Resources to develop the training program.Has authority to mandate removal of unqualified personnel.Reports directly to Securiguard, Inc.’s President.
REQUIREMENTS
This position requires
At least 10 + years of training management experience.BA/BS preferred
