Liaison between Operations group and Investors to resolve outstanding issues and satisfy the contractual obligations of MLN regarding trailing documentation.Ensures that MLN's underwriters are well versed on Compliance and Underwriting GuidelinesOrganize the operations of loan delivery to MLN's investor baseReview Investor stipulations for validity and monitor region follow-up to clear documentation deficiencies to ensure timely loan sales.Perform monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting on performance of regions regarding Investor stipulations and loan sale reporting.Provide management oversight to Operations staff's activities, identifies trends and makes recommendations regarding areas for improvementSpecial projects as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
Education, Training and Skills:
Education:BA/BS
Experience/Training:5 plus years experience in the Mortgage Industry. Demonstrated ability to manage staff performing duties related to compliance, underwriting, and loan delivery as well as the ability to understand product development in a changing mortgage market.
Skills: Computer software: Excel, Access; Strong organizational and interpersonal skills; management skills and ability to perform under strict timeframes.
