Director of Investment Sales & Services

An Investment Firm located in Norwalk, CT is currently seeking a Director of Investment Sales & Services. The successful candidate will possess an entrepreneurial spirit and have the ability to build strong relationships within all levels of business. The Director will be responsible for the management and development of an assigned territory. The salary for this position ranges from $110-125K base plus a target bonus between $30-50K plus benefits package & 401k.
Responsibilities
Responsible for maintaining existing client and prospect relationships for designated regionDevelop a plan for existing clients and prospects in order to grow assets under managementAbility to interact and communicate effectively with institutional investors, taking a consultative relationship management and sales approachHandle inquiries and requests from clients in a timely manner, as well as coordinate client presentation materials and content to respond to specific client needsWorking with team members to set priorities and develop strategies to exceed sales and service goals.Provide additional improvement to work process
REQUIREMENTSBachelor’s degree required; MBA preferredSeries 7, 63 licenses required or obtained within 90 days of employment5-7 years experience in either relationship management or sales in the financial services & investment industriesRequired travel approximately 50% of timeMust possess strong communication, presentation, & interpersonal skillsSelf-motivated with outstanding work ethic
