Director of Compliance

The incumbent is responsible for the creation of a corporate compliance management program.

Interprets regulations, ascertains applicability to Bank functions, and communicates changes to insure enterprise-wide compliance. Is liaison with regulatory examiners. Provides on-going training and education to employees, officers and directors. Develops audit programs and procedures; performs audits on affected areas and communicates to management and Board of Directors. Recommends appropriate actions to correct compliance errors. Reviews/revises regulatory forms including contracts, security agreements, disclosure statements, applications, and adverse action forms. Reviews advertisements and promotional materials to insure compliance with regulations. Serves as Chairperson of the Bank's Compliance Committee.

REQUIRED
Bachelor's Degree. Extensive knowledge of banking regulations and applicable statutes. Three years' compliance auditing experience and seven years' Bank auditing experience required. Strong communication skills. Supervisory experience.
