Our client is looking to set up a new Leveraged Finance team in the US. The team has a successful track record of arranging and underwriting leveraged finance transactions in Europe and is looking to build up their presence here in North America. The MD / SVP will be responsible for
Managing and co-coordinating the bank's MBO / leveraged finance activities across North America.
Originating new business opportunities with existing and new private equity clients across North America.
Develop and create relationships with private equity houses and borrowers throughout North America.
Build, maintain and develop a high quality team capable of delivering the bank on a "one stop shop" and "cradle to grave basis".

REQUIREMENTS


Experienced, accomplished leveraged finance professional with a track record of continuous deal making in the MBO/ leveraged market as a lead arranging bank. Developed network of equity house contacts with recognized market profile with key individuals in the major houses.
History of originating, structuring and negotiating large cross border deals in the MBO market.
Experience of managing and developing a large and high profile team.
