Position Description: Responsible for the Production Support of TICKET, JETFORM, LPO and CHECKWRITER applications.Responsibilities include working with users to resolve Production issues and debugging and documentation of applications.Researches and evaluates alternative solutions and makes recommendations to improve Production environment.Candidates should have a minimum of 5 yrs of software development experience, prior experience with any of the applications to be supported or .NET platform is a plus.
Responsible for the design, development, coding, testing, debugging and documentation of applications to satisfy the requirements of one or more user areas.May include hands-on new development as well as support, maintenance or enhancement of existing applications.Works closely with client management to identify and specify complex business requirements and processes.Researches and evaluates alternative solutions and makes recommendations.
