Deposit Operations Representative

First Federal Bank has an opening for a Deposit Operations Representative. This position performs various duties within the department including working with deposit functions and customer service. Researches and processes rejected inclearings, overdraft items, stop payments, account closings and other related items. Must have experience in deposit operations or related field and strong interpersonal and customer service skills. First Federal Bank offers a full benefit package and great hours.
REQUIREMENTS
The Deposit Operations Representative position requires a high school diploma or general education degree (GED); minimum of six months' related experience and/or training in deposit operations or related field, and minimum of six months' customer service experience (direct or phone contact); or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Must also have the ability to read and interpret documents such as memorandums and procedure and policy manuals. Ability to write routine correspondence. Ability to speak effectively to customers or employees of the organization.
