Dealer Services Representative

MarkOne Financial is an indirect, sub-prime automobile finance company based in Jacksonville. Our portfolio is growing, so we are adding additional Dealer Services Representatives. As a Dealer Services Representative you will evaluate basic financial credit data and perform credit investigations, verifications, and loan booking processes. This team member will ensure documentation is accurate and complete prior to funding. This team member will have heavy interaction with Underwriters, Automobile Dealer Customers, Account Executives, Retail Customers, and credit references.
REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or equivalent
At least 2 years of funding experience in a credit environment
Basic mathematic skills
Strong data entry skills
Strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
The ability to develop, maintain and strengthen partnerships with others inside or outside of the organization who can provide information, assistance and support
This position will work varying shifts some starting as early as 7:30 am and ending as late as 7:00 pm. You must be able to work any of the assigned shifts. Overtime is also a requirement for the position.
