This is an exciting opportunity to be involved in the start up of a new branch. The DeNovo Branch Manager will be responsible for the start up of an initial customer and deposit base. The manager will lead and direct all new branch sales/service and business development/community activities to achieve profit, deposit growth, sales revenue, unit production, market share and customer/employee satisfaction goals for the office. In the initial period, until significant customer/deposit base is acquired, the focus will be on new business development by generating sales through working the market and interacting with the local community and centers of influence. The De Novo Branch Manager continuously works to directly lead and coach the staff, as well as ensure the successful development and performance of all employees in the office in the areas of customer experience, service excellence, sales management, leadership and results.

This position is accountable for the Customer Experience in the branch and coaching employees to greater results by creating an experience that is differentiated, memorable and valuable every time. Additionally, responsible for operational issues in the branch, such as branch audits, facility issues, and expense management.

As a DeNovo Branch Manager you must have the ability to lead, coach and performance manage all employees in the areas of customer experience, profiling, selling and retention.
Job Requirements
REQUIREMENTS
4 years leadership/management experience, preferably in the financial services industry is required. Knowledge of local centers of influence and established relations in the community preferred. College degree preferred but not required.
