Data Analyst
Our Bulk Loans division is searching for a few Data Analysts to add to our team. This area of our business is experiencing explosive growth.
•Receive tape
oConvert tape to our format, using Excel
oResolve differences and blank data elements on phone with Seller
oArchive Seller tape translation
•Run initial reports
•Score the pool
•Deliver to Business Analyst
•Benchmark price derived from historical transaction color data base
•Participate in all Working Group meetings
•Maintain a database of Credit, Compliance, and Appraisal kicks
•Provide Treasury detailed schedule of loans broken down by Seller’s Warehouse bank(s)
•Participate in “Lessons Learned” session post transaction
REQUIREMENTS
The right candidates will be very detail oriented with strong accuracy and well versed in all aspects of Excel (including creating spreadsheets), and be time sensitive and assertive. We would like to see working knowledge of financial terms. Ideally these persons will have an MBA and possess Mortgage experience.
