Responsibilities Include:
* Strong Customer service skills-involves inbound and follow-up calls. * Will be coordinating/scheduling/rescheduling appraisal orders on a daily basis.
* Will be coordinating appraisals via computer system & email, as well as, by phone.
* Will have four queues open at one time and must be able to move between them simultaneously. * This position involves a lot of checking and balancing regarding the status of the appraisals.
* Side by side/shadow training.General Information:
* Pays $13-16/hr depending on experience (possible temp-to-hire opportunity) * Shifts available are 8am – 5pm, 9am – 6pm and 10am – 7pm

REQUIREMENTS
Criteria:
* Must have excellent verbal/written communication skills
* Must be able to work in a Windows based environment
* Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
* Must be able to work in a production-based (quota) environment
* 1-2 years call center or mortgage experience required
* Outgoing personality needed!
