DISTRIBUTION REPRESENTATIVE

FFA is seeking candidates for the following positions:Distribution Representative
Provide backup and assistance to the distribution service team and be able to backup the distribution supervisor. Pack & ship customer orders, receive replenishment shipments, pick product(s), compare and check items against packing lists, pack items using envelopes, boxes, crates, skids or pallets, label accurately and ship-out using proper service level, and store received products. Use stand-up forklift and pallet jacks.
Additionally this also includes the ability to accurately complete customer-engraving requests, which involves using eleven different machines to engrave items such as plaques, trophies and metal plates. HS diploma or GED required. Three to five years of previous warehouse, distribution or retail experience required. Previous personalization experience preferred. Supervisory experience preferred.Operations Representative
Provide timely and accurate cycle counts, quality control, physical inventory, replenishment, receiving, returns and shipping transactions. Schedules cycle counts, pick plans and replenishment orders. Performs inventory counts, receiving audits, engraving, proofreading and picking inspection. Configure Peoplesoft inventory module, upgrade, troubleshoot transactions, train staff, assist other module experts, and update product/ warehouse configuration. Assist with general warehouse work during peak seasons.HS Diploma or GED required. Minimum of three years warehouse production/ transaction processing experience required. Minimum of one year experience using and ERP inventory system or warehouse management system requiredAccounts Payable Representative
Enter payments in Peoplesoft, apply payments to account/ invoices, transaction maintenance, researching open credits and issuing refunds. Provide customer service. Research inquires reprint and mail/fax invoices or account statements. Print monthly statements and sort mail. Run daily processes for both the National FFA Foundation and Organization. Develop knowledge and an understanding of Peoplesoft accounts receivable and billing modules/ configurations and their interaction with other modules.
Trouble shoot problems in Peoplesoft and test software patches, updates, upgrades, enhancements and configuration changes. High school diploma or equivalent, plus additional specialized business or accounting education required. Minimum of two years experience in customer service or general accounting required, accounts receivable experience required. One year experience with an ERP system required.
